I am always hungry after exercise which isn’t good considering I am trying to get fit for my wedding next year! However, if I pull together this smoothie, then it staves off those hunger pangs until my next meal.
What you’ll need…
A generous handful of blueberries
2 table spoons of Total 0% greek yogurt
1 small banana
1 tablespoon of oats
100ml Ocean Spray light cranberry juice
100ml Orange Juice
1 tablespoon flax oil
Whizz all the ingredients together in a liquidizer and you are done!
This is also really tasty with Raspberries or Strawberries too!
